DSC Cricket Stadium also known as the Dubai City Cricket Stadium is a description of a new Multi-purpose stadium, United Arab Emirates. It is mainly be used for cricket. It opened with the Australia vs Pakistan ODI Series that started on April 22, 2009. It is a part of the Dubai Sports City in Dubai. The Pakistan Cricket Board has agreed to a three year agreement to have the Pakistan Pakistan National Cricket Team stage Test Cricket, One Day Cricket and Twenty20 events at the stadium.

In Dubai international cricket stadium there is some grass on the pitch, perhaps with the view that if the bowlers could have some success early in the match then they would be able to force a result somehow.
However, the main problem with these pitches is that don’t deteriorate, and tend to slow down as a match wears on, making for dull cricket because there’s no help for the bowlers and the ball isn’t coming on well enough for the batsmen to score quick.
